PROSCIUTTO-WRAPPED DRIED PLUMS STUFFED WITH BLUE CHEESE

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
24 large pitted California dried plums
4 ounces blue cheese, cut into 24 cubes
8 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 24 (1 1/2 x 6-inch) strips


Servings: 8 Appetizer Portions
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 2 minutes




Stuff each dried plum with a cube of blue cheese; wrap with 1 piece of prosciutto. Grill over gas or charcoal until brown grill marks form, or broil just until prosciutto starts to brown. Serve warm or room temperature.
