ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 24 (1 1/2 x 6-inch) strips |

Cook time: 2 minutes
Stuff each dried plum with a cube of blue cheese; wrap with 1 piece of prosciutto. Grill over gas or charcoal until brown grill marks form, or broil just until prosciutto starts to brown. Serve warm or room temperature.
